If you’d like to use insurance, you can ask your insurance carrier if you have out-of-network benefits.

Out-of-network benefits mean that you pay for the fee of the session upfront to me, and then submit receipts to your insurance company and will receive a compensation from your insurance company.

Some clients prefer not to use insurance in order to keep confidentiality at a premium and to have full control over their treatment.

• Individual therapy fee per session: $190.00
• Marriage and family therapy fee per session: $225.00

All sessions are 50 minutes in length.
