I am certified through the McLean Meditation Institute’s meditation and mindfulness program. I teach SEED Meditation which is an acronym for “simple easy every day”. It is a meditation and mindfulness practice that offers the best of many techniques and simplifies meditation for everyone to use every day.
Meditation stems from ancient Wisdom and has been around for thousands of years. Meditation and mindfulness helps relax the body calm and uplift the spirit and improve overall functioning. You will discover a sense of inner peace balance and contentment.
